At HD Precision Engineering we are able to provide a comprehensive package for CNC Turning and Milling with multiple machines.

Our CNC lathes are capable of turning 

250mm Diameter components up to a length of 60mm and 60mm diameter components up to a length of 1 Metre. 

 

Our machines as well as having bar feeds capable of mass producing components up to 60mm diameter stock material size are also capable of drilling at speeds of 30,000 RPM.

Our 3 axis machining centres have a capacity

of 1200mm x 650mm plate size with a limit of 400mm high.

 

Through our continued investment in new machinery such as our new additional 5 axis machining centre which easily handles larger sized components we are now in a position to substantially increase our current production capacity.
